Verify Payment Method - Page Not Found

Did you try to verify a payment method and receive"Page Not Found" Error?

This error usually occurs after deleting a payment method, since there is nothing to verify in your account, which can prevent the next pages from loading.

Please refresh the app to troubleshoot the error:

For iPhone (iOS):

  1. Close the App:

    • On iPhone models with a Home button (iPhone 8 and earlier): Double-click the Home button to open the app switcher, then swipe up on the app preview to close it.

    • On iPhone models without a Home button (iPhone X and later): Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause in the middle to open the app switcher, then swipe up on the app preview to close it.

  2. Reopen the App:

    • Find the app on your Home screen and tap it to open it again.


For Android:

  1. Close the App:

    • Tap the Overview button (usually a square or two stacked rectangles) at the bottom of your screen to open your recently used apps.

    • Swipe left or right to find the app, then swipe it up or off the screen to close it.

  2. Reopen the App:

    • Find the app on your Home screen or in your app drawer and tap it to open again.
