You can easily view your payment records anytime using your app notifications or the payment history section in just a few steps! đ
Option 1: View Payment Notifications
Every time you or a roommate makes a payment, RentRedi automatically sends a notification with payment details.
Log in to the RentRedi app.
Tap the bell icon (đ) in the top-right corner.
Here, youâll see a record of payments that includes:
Amount paid
Date paid
Original amount due
Remaining balance
Description of the charge that it was paid towards (for example: âRentâ)
Option 2: View Your Full Rent Payment History
You can access your complete payment history from the Rent section of the app.
Open the RentRedi app.
From the home screen, tap Rent.
Tap the three-line menu icon in the top-right corner.
Tap History.
Youâll see your full payment history, including:
Who made the payment
Payment amounts
Payment dates
The last 4 digits of the payment method used
Option 3: View Your Payment in the Web Portal
You can also view your payment history at RentRedi's Tenant Web Portal (tenant.rentredi.com).
Sign in to your account at tenant.rentredi.com.
Go to Payments â History.
You'll then see your complete payment history.
