You can easily view your payment records anytime using your app notifications or the payment history section in just a few steps!
RentRedi App: Notifications
Every time you or a roommate makes a payment, RentRedi automatically sends a notification with payment details.
Open the RentRedi app.
Tap the bell icon (🔔) in the top-right corner.
Here, you’ll see a record of payments that includes:
Amount paid
Date paid
Original amount due
Remaining balance
Description of the charge that it was paid towards (for example: “Rent”)
RentRedi App: Rent History
You can access your complete payment history from the Rent section of the app.
Open the RentRedi app.
From the home screen, tap Rent.
Tap the three-line menu icon in the top-right corner.
Tap History.
You’ll see your full payment history, including:
Who made the payment
Payment amounts
Payment dates
The last 4 digits of the payment method used
RentRedi Web Portal
You can also view your payment history at RentRedi's Tenant Web Portal (tenant.rentredi.com).
Log in to tenant.rentredi.com.
Go to Payments ➜ History.
You'll see your complete payment history.
Click Download Receipt to save a copy of your payment receipt.
