Why was I charged after unlisting my unit?

listing, premium listing charges, listing charges, zillow charges

Written by Riz

If you’ve already unlisted your unit but still saw a charge, don’t worry—here’s why!

Zillow charges for premium listings based on the previous week's activity. Even if you unlisted your unit recently, billing runs every Monday and includes listings that were active at any point during the previous week.

Example

You've listed your unit on Tuesday and then removed the listing on Saturday. The listing payment for that period (Tuesday-Saturday) will be charged on the upcoming Monday.

  4. There, you'll find a record of your past payments. You can click on each invoice to view more details.
