If you’ve already unlisted your unit but still saw a charge, don’t worry—here’s why!
Zillow charges for premium listings based on the previous week's activity. Even if you unlisted your unit recently, billing runs every Monday and includes listings that were active at any point during the previous week.
📅 Example:
If you list your unit and select the Premium option for Zillow on Monday and unlist it on Friday, the payment for that listing will be processed on the following Monday.
🧾 How to view your invoice
You can easily check the details of your charge:
Log into your RentRedi dashboard
Click the gear icon ⚙️ (top right corner)
Select "Settings"
Under "Billing History", click "View History"
There, you'll find a record of your past payments. You can click on each invoice to view more details.
