You can list on Zillow Network (Zillow, Trulia, and HotPads) directly from RentRedi. Zillow listing fees vary depending on your RentRedi plan. 🎉
Here’s how to post your rental property on Zillow, Trulia, and Hotpads!
From your RentRedi dashboard, click “Properties”.
Select the property you’d like to list.
On the Listing card, click “List Unit”.
Fill out the Property & Unit Details you want to showcase.
Itemized fees (such as pet rent, parking, HOA fees, and more) can be added by clicking "+ Add Fee" under Listing fees.
Choose the type of fee you would like to itemize, the amount, and additional details.
Note: You can add multiple itemized fees.
When finished filling out all the listing details and ready to publish to the Zillow Network, click the “List Unit” button in the bottom right corner of the screen.
A “Ready to list?” pop-up will give you pricing information and options for where to list your unit.
Click “I Agree” in the bottom right corner to submit your listing.
Done! 🎉
