Follow the steps below to get your unit listed and ready to advertise.
List Your Rental and Find Your Next Tenant
From your RentRedi dashboard, click the ❯❯ (Expand sidebar) button at the top left.
Go to Properties & Units ➜ Units.
Select the unit you’d like to list.
Click Create Listing.
Fill out your listing details:
Basics - Add the basic details about your rental, including the property type and location.
Photos & Description - Upload photos and add a description to showcase your rental.
Rent, Costs & Fees - Set the rent amount, lease terms, and applicable fees.
Rental Policies - Set contact preferences, lease rules, and housing restrictions.
Amenities - Select the amenities available at your rental.
Preview - Review your listing to make sure everything looks good before publishing.
Publish Listing - Choose where to publish your listing. Your listing is free on Realtor.com and RentRedi. For more exposure, publish on Zillow, Trulia, and HotPads for $1.75/unit per day. You can also share your listing on Craigslist after publishing.
Click List Unit.
That’s it! 🎉 You’ve successfully listed your unit, and it’s ready to be shared with potential renters.
