If you've initiated a rental listing through RentRedi, it typically takes 24 hours before the listing is live and pulling in leads!

If you initiated your listing over 24 hours ago, but cannot view that listing within or outside of RentRedi, there may be an external listing that has blocked the listing from the system.

​Sale listings can block Rental listings as sites like Zillow, Trulia, HotPads, and Realtor.com ensure there are no duplicate properties in their systems.

A strong indicator that this is the case is the error message, "Zillow listing failed (Pending syndication result.) Message us if you would like us to contact Zillow on your behalf."

​To resolve this, you'll need to remove the sale listing initiated outside of RentRedi for the rental listing to syndicate.
