If your listing isn’t showing up on the premium sites for Zillow, don’t worry!
Here are some quick steps to troubleshoot: 👇
1. Confirm your payment accounts are ready
Your payment account should be marked as Ready to Process. [See Status of Payment Accounts]
2. Make sure your listing is live
Check that the unit has been listed and is active.
Go to your Properties dashboard
Check the Flag icon on the right side
When you click the unit, check the sites where the listing is active
That’s it! 🎉 Your listing should appear on Zillow shortly!
3. Double-check the address
Your listing’s address must be correct and clean. Avoid extra characters, especially in front of the street number.
Example of an invalid address:
AB 1234 Main St Sleepy Hollow, NY 12345
Remove any letters before the number to ensure it’s recognized.
4. Avoid duplicates
If the unit is already listed on another site, such as through an MLS source, it can prevent syndication. Remove any external listings and re-list the unit in RentRedi. Then allow up to 24 hours for the listing to re-syndicate.
5. Contact RentRedi Support
