From your RentRedi dashboard, click "Properties"
Select the listing you want to rotate the photos for
Click "Edit Listing"
Click the curved arrow buttons that appear in the bottom corners of the picture to rotate the image until it is upright again
Why does this happen?
Uploaded images often have attached metadata that indicates the photos should be rotated – this can cause issues on different sites since not all programs handle photo rotation data the same.
By rotating the photo until it's upright after you upload it, the metadata will be cleared. It will be updated on Realtor.com in the next 6 hours! 😊
