It typically takes 1-3 business days for your payment account to be approved. The status is updated daily!

  1. From your RentRedi dashboard, click the dropdown arrow by the Rent section

  2. Click "Payment accounts"

  3. For each payment account, you'll be able to see the status of your account (see below)

  4. It typically takes 1-3 business days for your payment account to be approved. πŸ˜€

  5. After your account is approved, you'll be able to see the funding time (updated every 24 hrs) for each account

*To keep the platform safe for everyone and prevent fraud, the payment processor verifies identities and that each person is verified to collect money on behalf of the property owner.

What does my payment account status mean?

  • Ready to process (green 🟒) = RentRedi has approved your account.

  • Under review (orange 🟠) = RentRedi has not reviewed your payment account yet. We review within 1-3 days. If you need to expedite the process, please reach out to Support using the blue chat button in your app.

  • Need Info: Check Email (red πŸ”΄) = RentRedi's Underwriting team has reviewed and requested documents. Check your email and reply. If you have already replied, then we review new documentation within 1-3 business days. If you need to expedite the process, please reach out to Support using the blue chat button in your app.

  • Draft (orange 🟠) = user has not finished creating the payment account

  • Deposits on hold (red πŸ”΄) = Check email and reply to or contact [email protected] for further instructions.

  • Incomplete (orange 🟠) = If you are a former eRentPayment customer, this will show when you have not finished creating the payment account, after partially migrating from eRentPayment.
