Want to update the payment account (bank account) that is connected to your property?

No worries! Follow the steps below! 😊

1. On your RentRedi dashboard, click the Properties tab

2. Click the Bank icon on the unit

3. Select a payment account to connect for:

  • Primary - this account will receive all payments for rent, late fees, repair income, utilities, and non-security deposits.

  • Security Deposit (optional) - this account will receive payments made to charges booked as Tenant Security Deposits Held.

4. Click Done when finished! πŸŽ‰

TipπŸ’‘: Can't find the payment account you want to connect? You can now add a new payment account by clicking the dropdown and clicking "Add New"!
