Follow this quick guide to update your property’s payment account connection in just a few simple steps!
Follow these steps:👇
From your RentRedi dashboard, click the Sidebar Toggle.
Click Payments, then select Payment Accounts.
You'll then see your Payment Accounts page. On this page, you can connect payment accounts to your properties or view which accounts are currently linked under the Payment Account Connections section.
To update or change a connected account, click the dropdown menu next to the property and select the payment account you want to connect.

Don’t see the payment account you want?
Click + Add New to add a new payment account.
Not sure which account to connect?
You can choose Skip Connection for the property.
Note: Selecting this option will skip the property for payment collection.
