How to Update Your Bank Account for Stripe in RentRedi

Need to update your bank details? No problem! 😉

Keeping your bank account information up to date ensures you receive payments without delays. Follow the steps below to update your Stripe deposit account in RentRedi.

Steps to Update Your Bank Account

  1. From your RentRedi dashboard, click the Sidebar Toggle to expand the left-side menu.

  2. Click Payments, then click Payment Accounts.

  3. On the Payment Accounts page, choose the account you want to update.

  4. Click Update Deposit Account.

  5. Click Connect Bank Account.

  6. Search for your bank, select it, and log in using your bank credentials.

  7. Once your account is successfully linked, click Done.

  8. Click Submit.

You're all set! 🎉

Note:

In most cases, your payment account is verified automatically. If additional information is needed, you’ll receive an email from RentRedi’s Underwriting team at [email protected] with the next steps to complete your account setup.


Prefer Not to Use Your Bank Login?

No worries! You can still connect your bank account using your account and routing numbers. Just keep in mind that this option requires manual verification, which typically takes 1–2 business days.

  1. While in the setup, click Manually verify instead.


  2. Check your bank statement for the micro-deposit amounts.

  3. Please wait 1-2 business days for the micro-deposits to arrive in your bank account & an email from Stripe to verify your account.

    1. A confirmation email will be sent right away - this will let you know that you entered your account & routing numbers in correctly!

  4. Verifying your bank account

    1. Check your email 1-2 business days later to confirm and select Verify deposit

      1. Subject Line: Verify your bank account for RentRedi

      2. Example of the micro-deposit in your bank statement.

      3. Once you verify the micro-deposit and get the confirmation page below:

      4. Click Submit to continue saving your account.
