Need to set up a Flex account to pay rent?

Follow the instructions below!
Step 1: Add Your Bank
To add your bank account using your routing and account numbers: π
1. Log in to the RentRedi app, and tap Rent.
2. Tap the three-line menu on the top-right.
3. Tap Payment Methods
4. Tap the plus "+" button on the top-right.
5. Select New Bank account.
6. Enter your phone number (for a faster login option next time) or click Continue without phone number.
7. From the bank list, scroll to the bottom and click Connect Manually.

8. Enter your routing number, then your account number.
β’ Re-enter the account number to confirm.
9. Select the account type.
10. Click Authorize to authorize the deposit.
11. Click Continue.
Next, Proceed with Flex
Initiate Micro-deposits:
Your portal will send the verification (small deposits or a code) to the Flex bank account.
Because the account belongs to Flex, the details are sent to us first.
Once we receive them, weβll email the information to you.
This process can take up to 3 business days.
After you get the email from Flex:
Log back into your rent portal.
Go to the Payment Methods section.
Enter the exact verification details.
Once accepted, your Flex account is verified.
Verify Your Bank Account
When you receive the $0.01 deposit and see the code from your bank, return to RentRedi to verify the code:π
Log in to the RentRedi App and tap Rent.
Tap a charge to pay (example: Your rent, utility charge, security deposit, etc.).
Tap on your bank account (Bank Account ending in XXXX)
Enter the code from your bank.
Click Continue.
Done! π Your Flex account is now verified, and you can start making payments.
