An Under Review
status means RentRedi's Underwriting Team is reviewing your payment account. During this status, your tenants will not be able to make payments and you will not be able to receive deposits yet.
We have a verification process in place to prevent fraudulent activity and safeguard your funds. This process ensures that you are the rightful rent collector (either the owner of the property or the property manager).
We typically review within 1-3 business days but you can ask RentRedi Chat Support using the blue chat button in your app for expedited review and we’ll typically review the same business day (or next if it’s a weekend)! 😊
