The person who created the RentRedi account may receive an email from [email protected] with the subject line:
URGENT: RentRedi Needs Documents to Approve Your Payment Account. This email reads:
In an effort to keep the platform safe for everyone and prevent fraud, the payment processor verifies identities and that each person is verified to collect money on behalf of the property owner.
Can you please reply to this email with the deeds to your properties (if you are the owner) or your property management agreements (if you are the property manager) so that we can provide them to the payment processor to show you are the rightful rent collector?
Please provide these documents by replying to that email or emailing [email protected] directly. The RentRedi Underwriting team will work with our payment processor (ProPay) to review this documentation. This process can take up to 5 business days.
