In an effort to keep the platform safe for everyone, RentRedi and our payment processor verify identities and that each person has the legal standing to collect rent on a given property or unit. This process helps RentRedi prevent fraud in the rental space.
📧 Why Am I Being Asked for Documents?
Our payment processor requires identity and ownership verification to ensure each user has the legal authority to collect rent. As part of this process, RentRedi’s Underwriting team may reach out to request supporting documents.
The person who created the RentRedi account may receive an email from: [email protected]
