💳 Payment Processing Time

Payments are typically available in the landlord’s account within 2–3 business days.

📊 How to View Transactions

  1. From your RentRedi dashboard, click the dropdown arrow in the "Rent" section.

  2. Select "Payment Accounts".

  3. Click Open Dashboard on the payment account you'd like to view.

  4. Under “Reports”, click “Transaction Report”.

  5. Choose the date and click “Search”.

  6. You’ll see your tenant’s payment under either:

    • 🕓 Pending Transactions

    • Completed Transactions

📂 Find a Payment Record

  1. On your RentRedi dashboard, click the "Properties" tab.

  2. Select the unit you want to view.

  3. In the unit view, click the "Charges" tab.

  4. You’ll see all the charges for that unit.

  5. Click any charge to view full payment details:

    • 💵 Amount Paid

    • 📅 Date Paid

    • 💳 Payment Method

    • 👤 Tenant Who Paid



⏳ View Pending Payments

  1. From your RentRedi dashboard, click the ☰ hamburger menu in the top-left corner.

  2. Select the "Rent" tab.

  3. Click "View Deposits".

  4. Navigate to the "Pending Payments" tab.
