Payment Processing Time

Payments are usually available within 4-5 business days in the landlord’s account.

Our processor uses a 3-day hold to allow time for most banks to confirm the availability of a tenant's funds, resulting in deposits to the landlord account typically on the 4th business day after submission of payment.

How to View Transactions

  1. From your RentRedi dashboard, click the dropdown arrow on the "Rent" section

  2. Click "Payment Accounts"

  3. Click into the payment account you'd like to view

  4. Under “Reports”, click “Transaction Report”

  5. Select the date to start at “Search”.

  6. You should then see your tenant’s payment under “Pending Transactions” or “Completed Transactions"

Find Payment Record

  1. On your RentRedi dashboard, click the "Properties" tab

  2. Select the unit for which you would like to view a payment or charge

  3. In the unit, click the "Charges" tab

  4. There, you will see the charges for the unit

  5. You can also click on each charge, and it will list out all of the payment details (amount paid, date paid, payment method, person that paid) for you

View Pending Payments

  1. From your RentRedi dashboard, click the hamburger menu in the top lefthand corner

  2. Click the "Rent" tab

  3. Click "View Deposits"

  4. Click the "Pending Payments" tab
