Step-by-Step Instructions:
Open the RentRedi App
A pop-up will appear asking you to review your lease.Tap "Review & E-Sign"
This will open the lease document for you to read.Read the Entire Lease
Scroll through the full document.🔒 Note: You must scroll all the way to the end of the document before you can continue.
Tap "Continue"
Check the Box to confirm you've read and agree to the terms and conditions.
Tap "I Agree"
Verify Your Identity
You'll need to take a selfie with a government-issued ID.Tap "Take a Selfie"
Capture your selfie and then tap "Use Photo"
If your face and ID are clearly visible, tap "Yes, Continue"
Tap "I Accept"
This is your electronic signature and is legally binding.
That’s it! Your signed lease will be sent to your landlord. 🎉
Important Note:
The lease signing feature is currently available only on the RentRedi App. If you're logged into the tenant web portal, please switch to the mobile app to view and sign your lease.
