Upload a lease or any other document to send for signatures in RentRedi! 🎉

  1. Upload & send lease documents directly from the RentRedi app

  2. Tenants have a one-click option to sign lease terms & conditions. This means they sign the document using a single check box, and cannot sign the document on multiple pages.

  3. If you need multiple documents signed, you can upload & send them individually to the tenant via RentRedi!

  4. All lease signings create a legally binding digital signature with a government ID photo

  5. You will be notified when the lease has been signed & able to verify and sign the document yourself

After a tenant electronically signs their lease with an ID verification photo, you'll be notified to verify the tenant and also sign the document.

Electronic signatures of this document are legally binding. Documented proof of legally binding tenant signature:

  • Accepted terms and conditions (timestamp and IP)

  • Accepted digital signatures (timestamp and IP)

  • Took selfie (with photo ID) (timestamp and IP)

  • Signed (timestamp and IP)

Note: Lease Signing (Signature Request) is available on the Grow and Pro plans. If you're on the Starter plan:

  • The Signature Request option appears with a Grow badge.

  • Selecting it will prompt you to upgrade to a plan that includes lease signing.
