You will be notified when the lease has been signed & able to verify and sign the document yourself
After a tenant electronically signs their lease with an ID verification photo, you'll be notified to verify the tenant and also sign the document.
Electronic signatures of this document are legally binding. Documented proof of legally binding tenant signature:

Accepted digital signatures (timestamp and IP)
Took selfie (with photo ID) (timestamp and IP)
