Once all tenants have signed the lease, you'll receive both an in-app notification (via the bell icon in the top-right corner of your RentRedi dashboard) and an email letting you know it's time to review the lease, verify the tenant's identity, and add your signature.

Watch the video below for a walkthrough šŸŽ„

Review and Sign the Lease

Follow the steps below to verify the tenant and complete your signature.

  1. From your RentRedi dashboard, click your Notifications bell icon (šŸ””) in the upper-right corner.

  2. Select the lease document that needs your review.

  3. Click Review Photos to verify the tenant's identity and ID.

  4. Check the box confirming that you have read, reviewed, and agree to the Terms and Conditions.

  5. Click Verify Tenant.

    • Note: You can select ā€œAsk to Resend Photoā€ if the tenant’s photo or ID is unclear or if a new photo is needed.

  6. Check the Terms and Conditions box again to proceed with signing.

  7. Click Sign Document.

Done!āœ… The lease is now fully signed and available to all parties.

Important: If multiple tenants are requested to sign the lease (for example, Tenant A and Tenant B), each tenant must complete their signature before you can finalize and add your counter-signature. Once all parties (the tenants and the landlord) have completed their signatures, the electronic signatures will be generated.
