After the tenant (or all tenants) completes the lease signing, you will be notified in the bell icon (upper-righthand corner) to review, verify the tenant, and sign! Note: You will only receive a notification once all tenants have signed the lease.

On your RentRedi dashboard, click the bell icon
Click the document you need to review and sign
Click Review Photos to verify the tenant and their ID.
Check the box to indicate you have read, reviewed, and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
Click Verify Tenant (Note: you can also ask the tenant to re-send the photo if necessary.)
Check the box to indicate you have read, reviewed, and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
Click Sign Document
Done!
