You can easily sign leases your landlord sends you directly through the RentRedi app!

πŸ“±Or follow the steps below to sign your lease: πŸ‘‡

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Open the RentRedi App
    A pop-up will appear asking you to review your lease.

  2. Tap "Review & E-Sign"
    This will open the lease document for you to read.

  3. Read the Entire Lease
    Scroll through the full document.

    πŸ”’ Note: You must scroll to the end before the "Continue" button becomes active.

  4. Tap "Continue"

  5. Check the Box
    Confirm you've read and agree to the terms and conditions by checking the box.

  6. Tap "I Agree"

  7. Verify Your Identity
    You'll need to take a selfie with a government-issued ID.

    • Tap "Take a Selfie"

    • Capture your selfie and then tap "Use Photo"

    • If your face and ID are clearly visible, tap "Yes, Continue"

  8. Tap "I Accept"
    This is your electronic signature and is legally binding.

That’s it! Your signed lease will be sent to your landlord. πŸŽ‰
