Need to update the address for your 1099-K?
If you have a Stripe account (or any account created after July 15, 2024):
Click "My Account"
Click "Update Account Info"
After updating your information, contact RentRedi Support via our 24/7 Live Chat Support using the blue chat button in your app or at app.rentredi.com. You can also give us a call at (917) 793-6068 Monday to Friday from 9am - 5pm EST, or email us at [email protected].
RentRedi will then make the 1099K correction with the updated information in Stripe, refile the 1099K, and the revised copy should be available immediately digitally.
If you have a Propay account:
Send a filled-out W9 with the corrected information via email to [email protected], and RentRedi will send it to Propay's client support with the appropriate Propay account number to get the information updated on both the account and the 2024 1099-K form.
How to tell if you have a Propay or Stripe account?
To find out what type of account you have, you can go to your payment accounts dashboard.
The payment account will display the processor's name (Propay or Stripe) with the last 4 digits of your bank account.
