1099-K Corrections and Payment Processors
RentRedi works with two payment processors: Propay (our previous processor) and Stripe (our current processor for payment accounts created after July 15, 2024).
Both processors can assist with limited corrections to your 1099-K form. Specifically, they can update:
Name
Address
Tax Identification Number (TIN)
How to Identify Your Payment Processor
You can easily check which payment processor your account is associated with by following these steps:
Go to your Payment Accounts Dashboard in RentRedi.
Locate your payment account details.
Your payment account will display:
The processor name (Propay or Stripe)
The last four digits of the linked bank account
This information will help you determine which processor to contact if you need assistance with your 1099-K.

For Propay accounts
If you need to correct the payee name, address, or Tax ID for your 1099-K:
Open your RentRedi Payment Account Dashboard
Select Open Dashboard
Go to Profile
Choose Edit Business Info and/or Update Address/Phone
Review/update information as needed
For Stripe accounts
Any payment account created after July 15, 2024:
Open your RentRedi Payment Account Dashboard
Select Open Dashboard
Click Update Account Info
Review/update information as needed

After updating your information, contact RentRedi Support via our 24/7 Live Chat Support using the blue chat button in your app or at app.rentredi.com. You can also give us a call at (917) 793-6068 Monday to Friday from 9am - 5pm EST, or email us at [email protected].
RentRedi will then make the 1099K correction with the updated information in Stripe, refile the 1099K, and the revised copy should be available digitally.
