Need to change your AutoPay amount or payment date?
You can update your AutoPay anytime from the RentRedi app or the tenant web portal. 😄
RentRedi App 📱
Sign in to your account in the RentRedi app.
Go to Rent ➜ tap on Edit AutoPay.
Update the Amount or Payment Date.
Tap Save Changes when finished.
Web Portal 💻
Sign in to your account at tenant.rentredi.com.
Go to Payments ➜ AutoPay.
Under Your AutoPays, click the scheduled AutoPay you want to update.
Update the Amount or Payment Date.
Click Save.
Note: The maximum amount you set is simply the highest amount AutoPay is allowed to charge. If your balance is less than your maximum, you'll only be charged the lower balance. If your balance is more than your maximum, you'll only be charged the maximum amount you selected.
