From the RentRedi Mobile App:
Log into the RentRedi app
From the home screen, tap “Rent”
Tap “Edit AutoPay”
You can edit the dollar Amount, edit the Payment Date, or tap Cancel Autopay
Tap “Save Changes”
Web Portal:
Log into tenant.rentredi.com from any web browser
Click on the “Payments” tab.
On the Payments page, click on the “AutoPay” tab.
Click on “Edit AutoPay”
You can edit the dollar Amount, edit the Payment Date, or tap Cancel Autopay
Click “Update Autopay”
