If you've made the switch from Propay to Stripe, or you've set up your payment accounts for the first time, you may have seen a Fix Account Now notice on one or more of your payment accounts.
No need to fret! Stripe is just notifying you to confirm the data associated with your payment accounts so that everything runs smoothly moving forward.
To locate your payment accounts, click the button below and follow the instructions at the top of the page!
Once you see the Fix Account Now button on the referenced payment account, click on the blue text.
From there, you'll see a message at the top of your screen stating that action is required to resume processing payments and payouts. Select the Update button in the bottom right corner of that message and a Stripe window will open on your device!
You can follow the prompts to verify your account access and enter the needed information to continue processing payments! The information will be reviewed by Stripe and you'll be set from there.
