RentRedi partners with a payment processor called ProPay to manage your payment accounts and process funds on your behalf. ProPay is required to regularly validate the information provided for each payment account they manage. They have informed us that there is a mismatch between the Tax Identification Number (SSN or EIN) and the Legal Business Name on one or more of your payment accounts. This needs to be corrected to match the IRS records.
Follow the instructions below!
Open the navigation menu on the lefthand side and click Rent
Click Payment Accounts
Click Open Dashboard on the payment account
Choose the Profile tab
Click Edit Business Info
Make the necessary changes and click Update
From here, you will be able to see the last four digits of the Tax Identification Number and the full Legal Business Name. If you have multiple payment accounts, please take a moment to check each of them and verify all of your payment accounts have accurate details.
