RentRedi partners with ProPay to manage payment accounts and process funds on your behalf.
As part of their compliance requirements, ProPay regularly verifies the information associated with each payment account. ProPay has notified us that there is a mismatch between the Tax Identification Number (SSN or EIN) and the Legal Business Name on one or more of your payment accounts.
To avoid any disruptions, you'll need to update the information so it matches IRS records.
Follow the instructions below: 👇
From your RentRedi dashboard, click Expand Sidebar.
Select Payments, then click Payment Accounts.
Click the payment account you'd like to update.
Tip: You can identify your ProPay account by its 4–5 business day funding time.
Click the Profile tab.
Select Edit Business Info.
Review the Legal Business Name and the last four digits of the Tax Identification Number (SSN or EIN).
Make any necessary corrections so the information matches your IRS records.
Click Update to save your changes.
Important note: If you have multiple payment accounts, please take a moment to check each of them and verify that all of your payment accounts have accurate details.
