Need to update your bank details? No problem!
Keeping your bank account information up to date helps ensure your payments are deposited without delays.
Follow the steps below to update your ProPay payment account in RentRedi. š
From your RentRedi dashboard, type "Payment Account" in the search bar.
Select Payment Accounts from the search results.
Find and select the payment account you want to update.
Under My Account, click Update Deposit Account.
Enter your new bank account information.
Important note:
If you're only updating your bank account information, do not delete the payment account and create a new one.
Your transactions and deposits will not transfer between payment accounts. If a deposit fails, simply update the bank account on the existing payment account so we can work with ProPay to initiate the deposit again.
