Need to update your bank details? No problem! π
Follow the steps below!
From your RentRedi dashboard, click the dropdown arrow by the "Rent" section
Click "Payment accounts"
Select the payment account you'd like to update
Under the "My Account" tab, click "Update Deposit Account"
You'll see a search bar with several banking institutions listed below. Search your bank by name, and if it's not available, you'll be prompted to connect manually with your account and routing number
You'll be prompted to enter a verification code sent to the email address on file
Once you enter that code, you can connect the payment account using your bank login credentials or your account and routing number
Confirm and enter the bank account information and your account will be reviewed and verified!
In most cases, the payment account is verified automatically. If we need further information, you'll receive an email from [email protected] to help complete your account!
