Need multiple people to sign the same lease? No problem!
You can send one lease to all tenants connected to a unit—whether they're roommates, co-tenants, or a tenant and their guarantor.
Send a lease for signing
From your RentRedi dashboard, click the ❯❯ (Expand sidebar) button in the top-left corner.
Go to Tenants.
Select the tenant that you'd like to sign the lease.
Open the Documents tab.
Click Upload File.
Select Signature Request.
Upload your PDF/Digital Lease.
Select all tenants who should also sign the lease.
Click Continue.
Done! ✅ Your lease will be sent to the selected tenants for electronic signature.
What Happens Next?
After Tenants Sign
Once all requested tenants have signed:
You'll receive a notification (bell icon) and an email.
Open the completed signature request to review each tenant's submitted government-issued ID and selfie.
Verify each signer.
Add your own signature to finalize the lease.
Note: You can only review and counter-sign the lease after all requested tenants have completed their signatures.
If a Tenant Declines to Sign
If one of the requested tenants declines the signature request, you will get a notification (bell icon) in your dashboard.
You can click the notification to resend the lease and request the tenant to review and sign again.
If you only need one tenant to sign after previously sending the lease to multiple tenants, simply upload the lease again and send a new signature request to that individual tenant only.
