If you haven't received your verification email, here's how to find it or send it again!
Check Your Spam Folder
As much as we don't like it, sometimes our emails go to Spam! 😄
You can check your Spam folder or search "RentRedi" in your inbox search bar to see if you were sent your verification email.
Resend the Verification Email
Go into your account and re-trigger the verification email using the "Resend Email" button.
Checking the Verification Email
The verification email will have a subject line: RentRedi New Verification Code
The verification code will be sent FROM: [email protected]

Message RentRedi chat support by clicking the blue circle on your screen & let them know you need help verifying your email!
If the email used to sign up is incorrect, you can visit app.rentredi.com/updateEmail to update your email address. You don’t need to verify your email if you update, just type in your email address and password.
Then you should be all set! 🎉
