We do not require tenants to complete the application on RentRedi if they've already completed an application/screening on Zillow or elsewhere.
We recommend using the RentRedi application and screening so that everything is stored in one place (and data will automatically transfer from the RentRedi application to the tenant card).
However, if you completed a Zillow screening and just want to add the person as a tenant now, you can do so like this:
Add a Tenant
From your RentRedi dashboard, click the "+" next to the Renters tab
Enter in the tenant's email
Select the property's address and unit
Click "Next"
Fill out the tenant's details
On the preview invite, click "Create Tenant"
Your tenant will be sent an invite to link!
