Payment processors batch all transfers, but you can easily track each deposit with our new live deposit tracking! 🎉
Follow these steps!
From your RentRedi Dashboard, type “Deposit” into the search bar in the upper-left side.
Select Deposits Made from the results.
You’ll be taken to the Deposit Tracking page, where you can view all deposits sent to your bank.
On Deposits Made, you will see:
💲 Transfer Amount → shows the total of the batched payments or deposit amount
🔗 Payment(s) Linked → lists the individual tenant payments included in that batch
🏦 Deposit To → shows which bank account the funds were sent to
Clicking on an individual payment views the specific charge details.
Clicking on a Transfer Amount views the itemized list of payments included in a deposit
