How to Book a Repair
To use the Book a Repair feature, you’ll first need to create a maintenance request (if one hasn’t already been submitted).
Step 1: Create a Maintenance Request
From your RentRedi dashboard, click + Add Request next to the Maintenance section.
Select the property and unit.
Enter a description of the issue.
Select a category/type.
Fill in any additional details, if applicable.
Set a priority level.
Add a due date, if applicable.
Upload images or videos of the issue.
Click Next.
Review the request details.
Click Confirm Request.
Once submitted, you’ll see a success message. Click Go to Maintenance.
Step 2: Booking a Repair
Now that the maintenance request has been created (or you received a request from your tenant), follow the steps to start booking a repair with a vetted contractor.
Go to the Maintenance section of your dashboard.
Open the maintenance request you want to address.
Find the Schedule a Repair Now section.
Click Get Started.
Follow the prompts to book a repair with a vetted contractor.
Once completed, the repair will be scheduled, and the contractor will coordinate the next steps. ✅
