Looking to migrate from Propay to Stripe, but you need to make a few changes to the existing payment account info? Follow the steps below to securely migrate your payment account using the Copy + Start option and continue collecting rent through RentRedi. 👇
Access Payment Accounts dashboard
From your RentRedi dashboard, click the Expand Sidebar » button.
Click Payments, then select Payment Accounts.
Confirm the Account to be Copied
In your Payment Accounts dashboard, review your payment accounts, decide which account you wish to copy, then click Add Account.
Choose Use Existing Payment Account as a Template, then select Copy + Start.
Select the account you wish to copy from the drop-down and select Copy & Edit
Once you've selected the desired account, you'll be prompted to connect a bank account, review the account information, complete your signature and verification, and then Save & Apply.
Done!🎉 Your payment account has been successfully saved.
💡 Important: Once your payment account has been created, make sure it's connected to your property. This ensures tenant payments are routed correctly and processed smoothly.
