For troubleshooting a missing password email, try the following to troubleshoot:
Check your spam/junk folder
Search by the email subject ("Password Reset Link")
Make sure your email inbox hasn’t run out of space.
For example, if you have a iCloud email, you won’t receive emails if your iCloud storage is full (read more). If you have a Gmail email, you won’t receive emails if your Google Drive Storage is full.
