It happens to the best of us. We forget our passwords from time to time. If you ever do, here are the easy steps to reset your password and access your account again. 😄
You can reset your password with these steps:
From the sign in page, click forgot password (if you are already logged in, you will need to log out first and then visit the link or login page)
Click Forgot Password to send yourself a reset email
In the email you receive, click the link
Enter your new password
Sign in your new password at app.RentRedi.com/login (for landlords)
In addition, you can also enable two-factor authentication for an added layer of protection on your account using these steps:
Enable/Disable Two-Factor Authentication
From your RentRedi Dashboard, click the Gear (⚙️) icon in the upper right corner
Click Settings
Scroll down to the Two Factor Authentication card and enter your password and mobile phone number that will be used to send verification codes
Click Enroll 2FA
Enter the verification code sent to your mobile phone and click OK
