Migrating from eRentPayment to RentRedi & Setting Your Password

If you’re moving from eRentPayment to RentRedi—welcome! You can easily migrate your account, but please note: once you’ve completed the migration and created a payment account in RentRedi, you must log in using your email and password directly through RentRedi.

Since your eRentPayment login doesn’t carry over a password into RentRedi, you’ll need to create one by using the “Forgot Password” option. Follow the steps below to get started.

🔐 How to Reset Your Password

2. Click “Forgot Password?”

3. Enter the email address associated with your RentRedi account to receive a password reset email

4. Open the email and click the reset link

5. Enter your new password

6. Use your new password to sign in at app.rentredi.com/login

🛡️ Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

For added security, you can enable two-factor authentication on your RentRedi account:

1. From your RentRedi Dashboard, click the Gear (⚙️) icon in the upper-right corner

2. Select Settings

3. Scroll to the Two-Factor Authentication section

4. Enter your password and mobile phone number (used to receive verification codes)

5. Click Enroll 2FA

6. Enter the verification code sent to your phone and click OK
