If you are not receiving the password reset email and getting a "User Not Found" error, please check that the following issues are not happening:

  1. Double-check the spelling of the email

  2. Ensure the email on the account is correct (i.e., the email on the account wasn't updated to another email or you're attempting to log in with the correct email)
