Need to see if tenants have overdue balances, and their associated properties? Get confirmation with the steps below:
From your RentRedi dashboard, click on the $ on the left-hand side for Payments
Under Payments, select Rent & Charges
Click Due in the middle tab at the top
Use the filters to sort by Properties & Unit, Tenant Name, and Payment Sources to see the applicable information
To export the data, once the filtering is to your liking, select Export to the right of the filters
Done! Your due balances are available for further action.
