Need to make sure your tenant is connected to their rent or other charges in RentRedi?

You can easily check which charges are connected to a tenant, including rent, utilities, security deposits, and other charges. If a charge is missing, you can also connect the tenant to an existing lease or create a new charge.

View a Tenant's Charges

  1. From your RentRedi dashboard, click the ❯❯ (Expand sidebar) button at the top left.

  2. Go to Tenants and select the tenant you'd like to view.

  3. In the tenant's profile, click the Charges tab.

  4. From there, you'll see the charges currently connected to the tenant.

What If I Can't Find a Charge?

If you don't see a charge for the tenant, they may not have been connected to the unit when the charge was created. No worries! You can resolve this by connecting the tenant to the existing lease or creating a new charge.
