Follow the quick and easy steps below to unenroll from Credit Boosting and stop future rent payment reporting. 👇
Log in to your RentRedi account at tenant.rentredi.com.
On the right-hand side of your dashboard, you’ll see your Credit Boost status and enrollment details.
Click Manage Subscription.
A pop-up will appear to confirm your Cancellation.
Note: If you stop reporting, you’ll miss out on the positive credit history you continue to build with RentRedi. Credit scores factor in account age, so canceling may temporarily lower your score due to a shorter credit history.
Click Cancel Anyway, if you'd like to continue.
Done! ✅ Your subscription is marked for cancellation, and the official date will appear on your screen.
Note: Credit reporting updates weekly, so your cancellation will take effect in the next reporting cycle.
