Sent a payout by mistake or need to stop it before the recipient receives the funds? You can cancel a payout from the Send Money page, as long as the funds haven't reached the recipient.

How to Cancel a Payout
From your RentRedi dashboard, click ❯❯ (Expand sidebar) at the top left.
Go to Send Money ➜ Payouts.
Find the payout you want to cancel. You can cancel it in either of two ways:
Click the payout to open the transfer details page, then select Cancel Payout.
Click the row menu next to the payout and select Cancel Payout.
Confirm the cancellation.
When Can a Payout Be Canceled?
You can cancel a payout any time before the recipient receives the funds.
If the bank debit hasn't started: The payout is stopped, and no money is transferred.
If the bank debit has already started: The payout is canceled, and the debited funds are automatically refunded to your payment account.
Important: Once the recipient receives the funds, you can no longer cancel the payout. You'll need to arrange the return of the funds directly with the recipient.
