Want to stop reporting your rent payments to the credit bureaus? You can cancel Credit Boosting anytime from your RentRedi app or web portal.
Follow the steps below. 👇
RentRedi App
Open the RentRedi app.
Tap Rent.
Under Rent Reporting, tap the date shown.
Your enrollment status will appear.
Tap Cancel Subscription.
On the confirmation screen, tap Cancel Subscription again to confirm.
A success message will confirm your cancellation. Tap Close to return to the main screen.
Web Portal
Log in to your RentRedi account at tenant.rentredi.com.
Go to Payments ➜ Credit Boost.
Click Manage Subscription.
Review your enrollment details in the pop-up.
Click Cancel Anyway to confirm your cancellation.
Done! ✅ Your Credit Boosting subscription has been canceled.
