If you no longer want your rent payments to be processed automatically, you can cancel your AutoPay at any time. Simply follow the steps below using the RentRedi app or the tenant web portal.

Sign in to your account in the RentRedi app.

Go to Rent ➜ tap on Edit AutoPay.

Tap Cancel Autopay, then Save Changes.

1. Sign in to your account in the RentRedi app.
2. Go to Rent ➜ tap on Edit AutoPay.
3. Tap Cancel Autopay, then Save Changes.

Sign in to your account at <a href="https://tenant.rentredi.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">tenant.rentredi.com</a>.

Go to Payments ➜ AutoPay.

Under Your AutoPays, click the scheduled AutoPay you want to delete.

1. Sign in to your account at <a href="https://tenant.rentredi.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">tenant.rentredi.com</a>.
2. Go to Payments ➜ AutoPay.
3. Under Your AutoPays, click the scheduled AutoPay you want to delete.
4. Click Delete.
5. Click Delete AutoPay to confirm.
