RentRedi's tenant AutoPay currently supports rent payments only.
For non-rent charges—such as water bills, internet, garbage, and other utilities—payments must be made manually in the RentRedi app.
No worries! You can still set up AutoPay for your rent and set up reminders for your other bills so you never miss a payment!
Setting Up Reminders for Utilities (non-rent charges)
Open the RentRedi app and log in.
Tap Remind
Tap “Set a reminder” under Utilities.
Choose the day and time, then click “Set Alert.”
Requesting AutoPay for non-rent charges
If you’d like the ability to auto-pay non-rent charges like water bills or other utilities, you can message our support team with your request. This helps us prioritize future features so we can continue improving the RentRedi platform.
