Already enrolled in Credit Boosting? You can check your subscription details anytime to see your current plan and manage your enrollment.

Follow these steps to check your Credit Boosting status in the RentRedi app or Tenant Web Portal.

RentRedi App 📱

  1. Open the RentRedi app and tap Rent.

  2. Under Rent Reporting, you'll see the date through which your enrollment is active.

  3. Tap the date to view and manage your Credit Boosting subscription.
    ​

Tenant Web Portal 💻

  1. Log in at tenant.rentredi.com.

  2. Go to Payments ➜ Credit Boost.

  3. You'll see your Credit Boosting subscription details.

  4. Click Manage Subscription to view your subscription options and make changes.
