Once a tenant makes a payment, it’s automatically recorded in RentRedi. 🎉
Follow the steps below to quickly find the payment, check its status, and view the details! 👇
How to View Payments
From your RentRedi dashboard, click ❯❯ at the top left to expand the sidebar.
Go to Payments ➜ Payments & Returns.
Open the Paid tab to find the tenant’s payment.
Click any payment to view its details.
Note: A pending-deposit icon (dollar bill) next to Paid means the payment is still processing. Hover over the icon to see the expected 2–3 business day deposit timeframe.
Once the deposit is initiated, the icon will disappear, and only the Paid status will remain.
