Immediately! Once a tenant initiates payment, it's recorded in RentRedi in real time.
When does the payment leave the tenant’s account?
ACH payments submitted before 2:00 PM EST are typically withdrawn from the tenant’s account the same day. Payments made after 2:00 PM EST are usually withdrawn on the following business morning.
When will the funds be available in your bank account?
Payments are typically deposited into the landlord’s account within 2–3 business days.
