During certain instances, you may need to block partial payments or block all payments from tenants. If needed, here's how to do it. 😊
Follow the steps below! 👇
From your RentRedi dashboard, click Renters.
Select the tenant you'd like to block payments from.
Under General Info, click Edit Details.
On the Payments section, click the dropdown and select Block All Payments.
Click Save Changes when finished.
Done! 🎉 You can repeat steps for all tenants you would like to block payments for!
