Paying rent on time should count for something when it's time to move.
With Tenant Certificate, renters who pay through RentRedi can send their next landlord a secure, verified record of their on-time rent history. No reference letters needed. 🎉
Why You'll Love It
Move with confidence: Show your next landlord your on-time rent history without chasing a reference.
Landlords get a record they can trust: See verified rent history from RentRedi, including on-time rate, payment history, and tenancy details.
Private by design: Certificates are shared through a secure link and aren't publicly listed.
How to View and Send Your Certificate
Log in to the RentRedi Tenant Web Portal at tenant.rentredi.com.
If eligible, you'll see a Moving out soon? card on your dashboard.
Click View My Certificate to preview it.
Click Send to Landlord, then enter your new landlord’s first name, last name, and email address.
Click Send Certificate.
That’s it! 🎉 You’re one step closer to your next home!
How Landlords View the Certificate
After sending your certificate, here's how your new landlord can view it: 👇
Open the email from your future tenant and click
View Certificate.
Create a RentRedi account, or sign in if you already have one.
The tenant's certificate opens right away.
Important note: The certificate is shared through a secure link and requires a RentRedi account to view.

Tenant Certificate is live now on the web. There's nothing for you to turn on, eligible tenants see it automatically.
You're eligible if your lease ends between 32 days and 3 months from today, your on-time payment rate is 90% or higher, and you've missed no more than one payment.
