Need to change the email address for a RentRedi account that's connected to your BiggerPockets Pro account?
Follow the Instructions Below! 😊
Log in to your BiggerPockets account
Go to your profile in the upper right-hand corner
Click Settings
Select General Settings and update to your preferred email address
Scroll down and Save Changes
Now that your email has been updated on BiggerPockets, let's make the switch in RentRedi!
Follow this link to our Update Email page
Enter your current email address
Enter your password
Enter your new email address
Click Update Email
Check your current email inbox for a confirmation email
Open the email titled “Confirm email change request” and click Confirm your email
Next, check your new email inbox for a second confirmation email
Click Confirm your email in that message to complete the update
Done!🎉
Your accounts will remain connected, and you can confirm this connection by logging in from BiggerPockets with the instructions below:
