If you need to update a linked or connected tenant's email address because it was entered incorrectly or needs to be changed to a different email, follow the steps below!
Unlink the tenant with the incorrect email
Add the tenant with the correct email (it should automatically find their info)
Recreate the lease charges to ensure they can view their rent charges
Say "yes" when asked if overlapping charges should be deleted
Done! 🎉

If the tenant has access to their account and wants to change their email, they can update their email with the steps below: 👇
Open the RentRedi Tenant App.
Log in via the connected email address.
Tap Settings.
Tap Profile, then tap Edit.
Delete and re-enter your new email.
Tap Save Changes.
Done! 🎉
The tenant can now log in with the new email, and it will update in the landlord portal.
